Memories from Japan
The pages are a mix of papers, different weights and include some thicker papers bought in Japan. The idea was to include images from all my trips to that country and I have just enough pages left for what will be my fifth visit next month.
Abstracts in Acrylic
These six paintings are variations of the same theme. As well as acrylic paint I used stencils with Gesso and collaged additions of paper, scrim and brass cogwheels to give texture and depth.
Blue Rondo
I wanted to dye some papers and I also wanted to eco print in a turmeric bath, over dyeing with indigo. The end result was this book, using papers, fabrics and various other bits and pieces. Most of the circles were obtained by clamping before dyeing and I also used a hole punch as I constructed the book.
