I spent  a couple of weeks by the sea on the Costa del Sol in Spain later in the year. Sometimes the weather was sunny and the sea calm, at other times we had wild weather and the sea reflected this, tearing at the sea wall, shifting the sand, washing up detritus on to the beach.  I wanted to portray the many faces of the sea and shoreline.
