Shadow Ladies
These three pieces use transfers made on the gelli plate from magazine pages, then glued on to the canvas. They were then embellished with stencils and further collage pieces.
Because this transfer method gives a soft, slightly blurred image, I feel it gives a feeling of mystery to the women.
