I’ve begun a new online workshop with Lady Mille entitled “Layers of Light” and this triptych is my first completed project.
Each panel is on a canvas box which I covered with a layer of neutral toned papers, then layers of paint. I took a photograph out of our window when snow had fallen and cut it up. each section of photo has two layers of acrylic matte medium on it to create a slightly misty effect. I completed the pieces with more paint, some texture bits and some journaling.
